multi-conductor wiring harnesses and cable assemblies in our shop.
These are power cords, wiring harnesses, ribbon cable and military RF
cabling. Using the latest equipment, we are daily cutting, stripping,
tinning and terminating wires for harnesses and cable assemblies. Our
customers include both commercial and military users. Machinery
builders particularly like our detailed attention to complex layouts
with multiple wire ties, breakouts and branches. We also offer
hi-pot, continuity or other type cable testing to demanding customer
specifications.
Wired Control Systems
Over the years, many customers have asked us to take operations one
step further into contract wired control systems. With exsisting
capabilities in contract assembly of wiring harnesses, printed
circuit boards and process controllers plus sheet metal fabrication,
this step was a natural progression. Completely wired systems with
clearly marked, silk screened and painted enclosures mark our
